after calling my daughters doctor 5x tryna get test results there still not back he finally gave he the referral for the allergist ,
Little back story this was my doctor back when I was like 10 years old I am now 25 (so about 15 years ago ) he suffers from polio and had a very slow walk I think he starting to get up there in age he gotta be age least pushing 70 and I finally realized it may be time to switch doctors because he’s not as thorough as he used to be and I don’t want my kids health to be not taking serious.
If I switch doctors do I have to let him know that I’m switching doctors ?

Nope just call the front desk and ask for her medical records to be sent over to the new place and tell them then you're leaving the practice. Sometimes the new place will even do it on your behalf
