What’s better going to school to be a medical assistant or phlebotomy/laboratory assistant

This is a super helpful website! It tells you the amount of school required for occupations and salaries. What the Outlook for the career path is( if the career is needed in the job market or not) I've never done either of these things but my mother went to school for medical assistant after she retired. It was quick and easy and the pay was decent.
