Good bye 2019 HELLO 2020🎉 My word for the year 2020 is “Intentional”

I want to re-evaluate and optimize my time each day. But how can I do that? I often feel so overwhelmed with everything that I need to do, that I can’t even think. So, if I make all of my decisions intentionally, I believe I can achieve my goal. 💗I am going to intentionally stop buying things I don’t need. Like excess clothes, kid toys and fast food. 💗I am going to intentionally block out time each week so we can be in the moment. And clear my schedule. 💗I am going to intentionally make my own thoughtful decisions. 💗I am going to intentionally make hard decisions so I am able to grow my businesses AND my family 👶🏼 Goals can be hard to achieve. We need to make them difficult, yet achievable. I know this year will be very different for me than recent years, but I welcome it and am excited for it! By trying my hardest to achieve my mental and physical goals last year, I’ve set myself up for success for my goals this year.
