Does anyone know if Dr. Teals Body Wash with Epsom salt is safe to use on babies ? Google gives me different answers and I’m currently waiting for my pediatrician to call back but figured maybe in the meantime someone can answer it .

Hmmm... let me know when you find out! I use it for my 8 year old and 5 year old, but not the baby. ALTHOUGH...I did take an epsom salt bath myself last week and the baby unfortunately found me in there and climbed right in!

Yes I use on my older two as well but never as babies and never thought of it until now with Marley . So far everyone says they’re not sure so hopefully my doctor can give all of us an answer here lol . Not the end of the world if not, but I have the lavender one and figured it could help her sleep maybe if it was safe .

I think they make baby/kids soak that you can find in the baby isle. I don't think the menthol/eucalyptus is good for babies and can cause respiratory issues. @bunsinmyoven input?

The kind I was going to use (if I find out it’s safe) isn’t that one cause I figured that was a bit much. I have a lavender one and I know lavender is safe but the Epsom salt I’m not sure of . Neither was the nurse I spoke to either so hopefully the doctor can give me an answer lol . Worst case I just don’t use it, no big deal . But figured it could help her sleep because of the lavender in it .

@luna_bear, @bodybycheetos, so according to my doctor, she said she doesn’t think it’s good to use on her because it’s too much salt on their skin so she said not to use it on her this young . So looks like we’re gonna skip that stuff lol
