Pretty sure I have mastitis. 😭 My left boob hurts so bad. She nursed off it this morning I pulled her off. It hurts to touch that side. I rubbed it hoping it would go away a little but it didn't. 😔

Let her nurse as much as u can and like the above comment states, hot shower and rub!

Heat while nursing, try to point her nose toward the pain.
