@mommacakes you're welcome. I freaked the first time I seen my son's. I thought his was a tooth until we went to the doctors and I asked why he's getting a tooth in a weird place lol

They're called pearls . My son had one on his bottom gums. They said it's nornally on the top of their mouth but once they get teeth coming in it will go away. My son got 2 bottom teeth in at once and his went away.

My daughter had that too. Forgot what the dr. Call it. It wasnt nothing bad. I think I just press on it and stuff came.out and was gone.

You're not supposed to push on It or pop it either. It will go away on its own. Teething toys do help with them as well.
