so I'm pretty sure it's okay to eat tuna while pregnant because I get it on wic, but the question is do I have to heat it up ?
You don’t have to heat it up. I ate tuna 1-2 times a week when I was pregnant. It’s fine.
Usually with tuna the concern is that you don't eat it too frequently because fish can have mercury and pcb's and too much can be bad for you. I think the recommendation for non pregnant women is 2 cans a week.
No you don’t have to heat it up. Are you breastfeeding? I was told wic only gives tuna to moms that breastfeed.
@dankerson, maybe each state has different rules. I asked them where my tuna was 😂😂 she said I had to breastfeed. I love tuna.
@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts probably so but I wouldn't be surprised if someone at the office messed up because they've done it twice before lol and I used to love tuna I'm a little scared to eat it because this baby is super picky
@dontblockmesis-imjustspeakingfacts, waaaaat! I breastfeed and don’t get tuna lol wtf

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Things I never thought I'd say...
Until I became a mom:
No you dont but I also heard you can only eat a little bit
