Anyone else’s 1 year old refuse to eat besides a couple bites here and there?? The doctor says he’s gaining weight just fine, but he BARELY eats. He’s in 2T clothing, I just feel like he barely gets enough.

If the doctor isn't worried then you don't have to either...he's in 2t clothing and only one year. He's fine

I try not to worry, but I just don’t get why he refuses food. I’m more worried about the vitamins, protein, ect. He’s definitely growing. I just hope he’s actually getting the nutrients that he needs.

My one year old barely eats the meals that we make but he is always snacking too so I don't worry too much about it.

My daughter was the same. I didn’t introduce solids to her until she was 1 because I was afraid she would get constipated so now I’m having trouble giving her foods I eat. She does like rice beans chicken nuggets fries mashed potatoes bananas. But other foods I wanna try she refuses. She also likes snacks. Now that she’s 2, she eats a little and drinks milk. She’s also gaining weight. Right now she weights 29 lbs. and wears size 2T. @momzillaof4

My daughter is 3 and 25lbs. So this has always been a worry of mine. As long as they have a steady growth pattern, it’s okay! Dr has no concerns so I will not until she does!
