So obviously I’ve given birth before, but now as time nears to give birth to my second I am suddenly filled with panic and anxiety...tell me I’m not alone. I know what I’m gonna go through and I know my body knows what it’s doing, but I suddenly feel terrified..

Or please share your second birth experiences please. I need some peace of mind..😓

I guess we all get more scared cause we remembered what happend with the first born(like the pain and such)but like she said the recovery is alot faster

Little Mommy

I was a million times more nervous about childbirth the second time around than I was the first because I was blissfully ignorant the first time around lol. BUT the second time ended up being easier just because when I was going through it I felt a lot more in control since I knew what to expect even though it hurt the same. The second time was way less traumatic even though the same type of birth occurred with similar tearing

I’m this exactly - even with my third !!!!! I am always afraid when birth is near because it’s just not the best situation and it’s painful i know , but it does get easier - my second wasn’t as easy just because i had my boys close together an my body didn’t heal yet when i gave birth again but with my third ? It was a beautiful experience , painful? Alittle yes but honestly it was 3 pushes , he came down on his own and it was way shorter then my previous labors , just know it’ll happen and it’ll be over and just think about ur baby finally being born . It helped me a lot to picture what the baby looked like and how much they’d weigh just focus on baby .

I’m really trying to keep the positives in mind, but I guess the fear is too much because I start to get hot and hyperventilate...

totally makes sense , it’s a lot of mental talking to yourself . And it takes time but you gatta try hard and remember it’s the ending and beginning

The only traumatic part I had from my first was receiving the epidural. I know it sounds silly but I didn’t want it in the first place but ended up changing my mind. Everyone except the anesthesiologist and a random nurse was forced out. I had the support of a nice random nurse and a cold doctor who kept scolding me to stay still. The pain was so much and I was scared and felt alone...I mean I’m glad I got it. But receiving it without my husband and with someone rude with no people skills was terrifying. I guess I’m also thinking about all the things that could go wrong. I wish I was blissfully ignorant about birth like the first time!

Food Is Love 💕💕

My second was way easier . I just gave birth 3 days ago I was scheduled for an induction and I started getting contractions on my own that day . I dilated a lot faster I want from a 5 to a 10 in the matter of minutes. When it came time to push it was 10 minutes tops 1.5 pushes and she was out . All natural labor no pain medication no tears .

Your Worst Nightmare 😘

I had two by 18 alone but I don’t remember being scared.. I was for my third but because he was bigger but all I can say is epidural I’ve had 4 so far and once you get that it’s heaven if there good you shouldn’t even feel it or have pain afterwards

I feel like my 2nd was the hardest. I was in so much pain & the epidural failed. I felt alone even though her dad was there but he wasn’t any help. I basically had to push alone when I really needed someone to be by my side.

My first birth was soooo much easy.

I was also terrified. Didnt know what to expect. With my first labour was 5-7 hours. I felt like I knew what to look for with my second, but it didnt matter because my water broke, which was all new to me. Labour was 35 minutes. Barely made it to the hospital, but as people have said, no meds, 2 pushes, baby was out. It wasn't bad at all. I had an epidural with my first, and honestly, there was barely a difference. The natural birth was actually less painful because I kinda knew what to expect.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
