i had a team member call me at 5:30am this morning to tell me that they were scheduled at 5am but no one had come to unlock the doors and let anyone in 🙄 so i had to crawl myself out of bed, throw my toddler in the car and drive out to work in my pajamas to let our team members in and stay there until the team lead that was supposed to be there showed up. and i don’t get paid for it 🙄

That is so annoying when I was a manager at CVS they’d call me all the time if the store manager or other manager who lived like two mins away didn’t answer and they locked their keys in the office mind you I lived thirty minutes away🥴

@cuppacoffee, everyones always like “wow you make so much money how can you complain” but i literally never stop working, i never get to leave on time and im almost always coming in on days off and answering emails or texts when im not at work. if you break it down to an hourly equivalent it suddenly doesn’t seem like very much money 😂

@avalunasmama, that’s what people don’t realize when on salary. Like yes, the pay is nice but I have TONS of responsibility and this is what my job requires of me to have this pay.
