@queendope, no you want it to dry up and fall off. It’s just rubbing alcohol no harm at all if not it can get infected and gunk build up in it or cause problems

Once upon a time it was recommended .  They say dont do it no more . I wouldnt . Letting time heal it is your best bet . And the safest way to go .
