It is higher than usual but it’s not dangerously high, check his temp again in 20 if it’s gone down he’ll be ok xx

Anything over 38 is classed as fever, 37.4 is on the slightly higher side but no worries if everything else is fine. X

That’s not a temp at all :) anything under 37.5 isn’t a temp xx

36.5-37.4 is normal temp :)
37.5+ a temp
38- fever
38-39-high xx

If it's higher than his usual average then it's a temp. What might be a temperature for some kids might not be for others. I wouldn't worry about it too much though if he is otherwise fine, just keep an eye incase it creeps up x
