I had my Babyshower today and my baby’s father is upset with me because I ignored him all day. We live in different states so it wasn’t easy for him to attend. We made plans for him to come up here for the Babyshower but he spent his whole check and he didn’t request the day off when he said he did. I was upset about the lack of support and irresponsibility, so I tried my best to enjoy my day and ignored him. Now he’s acting like a victim and like I did something wrong for not wanting to be bothered. He says I excluded him from the day, but I feel like he excluded his self. Am I wrong for being really angry?

I’m confused. He didn’t come to the baby shower? If he didn’t, why would he be mad at you for enjoying your day?? 🤔 what did he expect you to do, text him the whole time?

Nope he didn’t come and I wouldn’t pick up calls all day. I was upset and just wanted to enjoy my day. He felt left out but if he didn’t waste his whole check he would’ve been here for it.

Back in the day and still a lot now a days men didn't/don't attend baby showers at all so he's lucky he was even invited in the first place. Don't let him ruin your baby shower momma enjoy yourself and congrats on the little one.

Nope sis , enjoy your day! It’s 2020 it’s time to take things for what it is & keep it pushing . Maybe just try to explain to him how you felt about the situation and see where it goes.

Nope it probably won’t be the first time he does that to you typical loser always wants to play victim even tho your gonna have to push out a kid smh and then when your up all night and frustrated he will have the nerve to tell you get over it I bet 🙄

Nope you enjoy your day, that’s his fault he didn’t come and spent his check on god knows what. If he wanted to be included he would of brought his ass to the shower. Smh have a great day
