We bought the Moose and Sloth linkimals. We can’t get them to sync. I’ve just then off and turned them on. I can get it to work. The sloth is only using 4 sayings. YouTube isn’t working. Can anyone help?! Do I need all 5?

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
you don’t need all five. maybe try taking the batteries out and putting them back in? on and off is supposed to work so idk :/
