I feed her a small container of sweet potatoes and 7oz of formula

jasholbert I am not. So many people are lactose intolerant because we're not meant to forget it. I

Solid foods!

How did you guys introduce solids? Like do you have a schedule? Bottle and solids or bottle one feeding and solids one feeding? Sorry I feel stupid but I really don't know lol. Thanks ladies

Can somebody help me out and tell me what you did when you first started your baby on solids?

My son's doctor talks really fast and didn't really give too much detail, he just said that Henry's ready for solids.

How many times a day do I feed him solids? Do I give him solids and formula at the same time, or separately? Will it reduce how much formula he takes?
