I've been up since 3:30a. So far today has been pretty productive. Already got our room cleaned and up, bedding in the wash, vacuumed and steam cleaned, and got the bassinet pulled apart so I can wash everything on that to. Just have dishes to do and laundry and get one of the car seats put together and arranged in the car.
So I got rid of my spacious Chevy Impala and now have a compact Hyundai Elantra. I’m trying to figure out which car seat would fit best in a smaller car.?? The car seat will go behind the passenger so there will be a little more room to move the front seat up.
do you... Clean up after your SO is done cooking? Or vice versa? DF was cooking and while he was cooking I unloaded the dish washer and hand washed the pot he had used and put dishes in the dish washer, so by the time he got his plate, dishes were done and left overs were in Tupperware on the counter just in case anyone wanted seconds and counters were wiped down. The room mate asked me why I do that, and I just say that's how I was raised. I always clean up after anyone cooks in the house, even after myself. I clean as I cook, so DF doesn't clean up because it's done before dinner is finished lol. But there's rare occasions where he'd be in the kitchen while I cook so he does help out with the cleaning since i cook during the day sometimes so we can heat it up when it's dinner time. I want everyone to get their first and seconds before I eat. My mom has taught me to always clean up after your spouse makes dinner, it's only fair. They put their effort into cooking, you should always help them out.
Washing up is one thing I absolutely hate 😂 but here we go! cleaning spree today as I’ve been too lazy not doing it all 🙈😂....

soap?? So ive been using all free and clear and since I got a new HE washer I don't think they are cleaning the diapers right. Ive been doing so much more washes and rinses. I bleached my inserts and it worked for a week but they aren't getting clean. Is there another soap I could use that will help. My wash cycle is a cold rinse warm wash with soap with extra rinse and then another cold rinse.
