My back and hips have been hurting a lot I am almost 13 weeks pregnant and I can’t do anything or sit down long without having pain then I can barley get up and I don’t know what to do about it

This is exactly how I was my whole pregnancy and it only got worse. I had SPD I’m almost 2 weeks postpartum and still have pain 😫
Ask your ob about a chiropractor. Or physical therapy.
We they start me physically therapy this Friday and they said if that doesn’t help they will have to do ex rays and they don’t really want to because of me being pregnant
@gracelover, thankfully a chiropractor is enough to keep my pain away. I had to have X-ray with my first son. The dr said the amount of X-ray exposed would be about the same amount you’d be exposed to on a flight from LA to Chicago
