I just noticed I have another bald spot on the bottom of my hair. And obviously I have the one on the top. It’s embarrassing because I have to part my hair differently to not notice the bald spots. Has anybody else gone thru this? What are any remedies to make it grow back? Since my hair is long, I’m planning on cutting it off 3 inches. I’m hoping at least it will help!

Every 3 days I use the oil. I just part my hair and really saturate my scalp… Especially the areas are my hair is thinnest. Then I let it sit for an hour. Then I wash it out.

My second OB recommended a postnatal for hair loss and said most people just continue their Prenatals until the jar is done and he said that’s not the best route.

I had badddd postpartum hair loss with my first.
I haven’t had any hair loss with my second, and I swear it’s all to do with my routine.

I think it was under 10 bucks around there.. I put it on every night before bed but you can do it in the morning too and just leave it on all day like if your not going anywhere. It would prob work faster that way too ☺️ lmk how it worked for you ☺️
Yes just put it in the spot you want your hair to grow and just massage it in circular motions, I did it every night and it worked fast you can also use it on eyebrows or eyelashes if you want them to grow fuller it worked on all my sisters too this is the one I use......
Black castor oil does wonders and fast, I get mine at Sally’s beauty supplies. 👌
Maybe some thickening spray or shampoo them get some collagen powder it’s good for skin hair n nails

@momma_of_1, around $75 for the shampoo and conditioner. My salon carries it, but you can order it online. I honestly didn’t think it would work because I’ve tried everything but I am so happy with what has grown back in just a few months.

I just went through this after my last baby. It was so annoying and making me so depressed. I just started taking biotin vitamins and it seemed to help it come back a decent bit as well as stopping pulling it up so often. Now I’ll throw it back in a real loose ponytail if I need it back so it’s not tight and pulling on it.
