You can take Benadryl but it may make you and baby sleepy.
You can also take Zyrtec
I had to take both of these while breastfeeding because of an allergic reaction I was having.
I was thinking about taking my allergy medicine! I know that's the only thing I took outside of Tylenol when pregnant lol

Yeah I hate taking medicine when pregnant or breastfeeding but sometimes you have to 😥

Hand washing and sanitizer. Go to the dollar tree and get a pack of masks. Baby will have to get used to them, but it's for baby's safety.
I’m dealing with the same thing. I’ve started my diffuser (late, I know) easing my hands and breastfeeding as much as possible. Mines only 5weeks today. My throat is soar, nose running. I would hate for her to get this! But breast milk changes and gives antibodies to help protect the baby!
Keep breastfeeding. That should definitely help protect baby from getting sick. Wash your hands often, get some rest. Hope you feel better.

Just keep breastfeeding. It should help to protect baby, and hopefully it will. If baby does end up getting sick your breast milk will change to accommodate him for what he needs though.
