So I scheduled my appointment for Thursday when my insurance is active! I'm just wondering if I should pay out of pocket to get a blood test done at this point 😩.
I hadn't been testing with fmu, so I just thought.. Let me test with my $1 test with fmu and see what happens (I've been testing with frer only - 1st Pic is the last one I took on Sat) and I got a faint line I think.. I've been getting negative with frer.
🤔
I feel like I'm going to drive myself crazy testing because I have to wait for my appointment or to bleed and I just don't know what's going on 😂😂😪
Mine was literally that light with my last before my miscarriage. It was EXTREMELY faint like that. Not saying that was connected with my miscarriage, I had just texted extremely early on. I was only like JUST hitting 4 weeks when I took it.
@coffeebean, thank you! Yes. Like my body is usually black and white. 😩. But I've been having heavy flow with bad cramps. I just took some medicine and all. I've been having sharp pain on my right side in my pelvic area 🥴 if it gets worse I may go to be seen. But I'm trying to hold off until tomorrow
@mb2424, no. I go to my obgyn tomorrow so I'm just waiting. I don't think I'm pregnant (it's viable)
Those are negative. If you’re breastfeeding and within the the first year postpartum then your periods can be irregular. Mine didn’t start back til 10 months and I only got one every other month. I thought I might be pregnant but I wasn’t, just hadn’t regulated yet. By the third period it was back to monthly.
@rese, well everyone is regular on birth control because the pill controls your cycle and you don’t get a real period. I see you’re only 3 months postpartum so that means you’ve only had 1 period right? There’s no way you’ll know if you’re “regular” until you’ve had a few. When you’re breastfeeding anything can happen. I was always regular too but after I had my son it took a while to get back to regular. It seems like you’re hoping you’re pregnant, and if you were it would be positive by now.
@2sweetie, not the pill lol the implant. For most that stops periods.
Yeah I've had one period. I'm not sure about the irregularities, but from what I understand if you ovulate you should get your period? I thought ovulation is the only thing that changes?
I'll see what the doctor says as far as testing because everyone is different but I know my body best.
If breastfeeding changes things, I can accept that. But I just don't think that's the case.
I'm not hoping I'm pregnant. I've clearly said that I don't think I am that I believe I'm miscarrying. I'm hoping to bleed so that I can move forward and get my tubes tied.
@rese, how do you know for sure you’ve ovulated? Your period can still be delayed even if you’ve ovulated. I hope you get your answer soon!
I feel like at this point getting the blood test would be best. The tests you posted I didn't see anything/did see what looked like evap.
There's few in my area. They were booked out I guess due to the holidays. And they don’t do blood tests. My guess is that I’d need a quantitative blood test done due to how low, if any, my levels are at this point. I’d really need an ultrasound.
These look like evaporations to me. I’ll never use first response tests again. I have been testing the last 4 months with these and get that exact line. I thought I was pregnant every time. I’m still not actually pregnant.
Really? When I used to use them to test before I was pregnant I never got any type of false line or evap. I've only gotten a line when pregnant and now these. That's why I believe them to be faint positives... Idk. 🤔
@rese, yeah really. I used these tests with my 4 pregnancies prior and never had any issues. Ever since I have been ttc this time I have only been getting those lines. It looks like a positive and I really think I’m pregnant and then boom my period comes which means they are just evap lines.
@missheatherbaby, wow that's weird. Maybe it's bad batches now. Idk.
If these aren't positives and I'm not miscarrying I'll be super shocked and wonder wtf is wrong with my body 😂😂🤣
I don’t think these are positives are you late even if your like 3/4 weeks it should show up specially on a early test . I’ve gotten a positive at 3 weeks with my last pregnancy this time I found out 8 weeks because I wasn’t expecting to be pregnant since I was on the mini pill
It's been 7 weeks since my last period.
On frer when it's negative, I usually don't get any line at all.
I know that by now it would be strong lines like my last pregnancy that started faint and quickly progressed.
That's why I said I believe it's a miscarriage due to the line trend so far. I wish I would have tested sooner to truly know! I'm sure my doctor can confirm once I can get in!
The picture posted in the comments is an evap line, there is no color too it, its a negative.
Okay thanks! It looked pink to me in person but I don't usually use the $1 tests so I could be tripping lol
@rese no problem- but judging by your previous posts. I'd say its chemical.
@bitch-imtired-fuckoff, yeah. Idk the whole "chemical" thing. I never heard that term until I see it on this app. But I'm sure it'd be a sac and possibly more that I'm going to expel given the timing.
Is chemical just what it means in a literal sense? That nothing is formed?
I think I kinda see something on the second pic but it could just be an evap line, I hate those tests. I think that if you were pregnant it would at least show up on a first response even if you are miscarrying. I had a missed miscarriage before which means I lost the pregnancy but my body wasn't showing any symptoms of loss like bleeding or pain & all my tests were still showing positives up until my hcg levels went back down to a 0.
@spicydisaster, the ones in the area are booked until after the 1st.. Go figure. Lol
My new insurance starts on the first so I'll just go to my obgyn on the 2nd when they open back up. The doctor wanted me to come in today but I just am not trying to pay out of pocket 😩
@rese well I hope you get a clear answer! Not knowing for sure is nerve wracking.
Sorry that was a mistake. I think it was when my son had my phone.
