Has anyone successfully taken their 20 month old to the movies?
My daughter LOVES frozen. Will sit and watch the whole movie over and over again. I want to take her to see Frozen 2 in theater. Think we can do it?

@2sweetie i understand that i was simply responding about my 5yr old just like you did about yours as well😉. Maybe I could've put more input about taking a 20 month old solely but taking children in general to the movies can be difficult for some so even though there's a significant age difference I was giving hope that it can be done. Everyone's child/20 month old isn't the same. Thanks for the comment though.

@riasm85, oh ok. I meant that my daughter doesn’t sit still even at 5 and that’s why I haven’t taken her. There’s no way I would’ve taken her at 20 months. My sister took her son for his first time at age 3 and he did good but he’s always been better at sitting than my kids.

My daughter is 5 and I still haven’t taken her to the movies 😩 She didn’t start sitting for TV until she was 2 and would only watch Curious George. She wouldn’t sit for a movie until after she turned 4. I would never take my 20 month old son to a movie! He won’t even sit for 10 seconds and won’t watch anything at home. He would just spend the entire time climbing the chairs.

My daughter was almost 2. She is obsessed with Frozen so I had to take her to the second movie. I brought her blanket, doll, pacifier, and snacks. She sat and cuddled with me the whole time.

I think she’ll be find. We took our daughter for the first time on her 3rd birthday but took our son for the first time before 2. Some advice tho, if you can, go during working hours. We took them both times as soon as they opened around 10am. The only other people at the movies are other parents with young children which of course don’t mind the kids getting loud or having to walk around. Our son walked up and down the stairs in the movies with other children and I was more comfortable being in a theatre full of parents who understand

I think you should. She will love it too it’s a good movie. My son doesn’t sit through anything he doesn’t even like frozen and he sat through the entire movie 🙂

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
