I’ve read that if you suffer from anxiety to get one. I, thank God, don’t battle anxiety or anything. But, man.. If it helps me this much, I can only imagine how great I’d be for someone who could use the support/pressure.

Yes they are a game changer. I had one and sadly I accidentally ripped it badly so I had to chuck it. Thanks to our crappy old washer machine. It does help you fall asleep faster.

I feel like I’d feel trapped and stuck which is all that stops me from getting one lol. I’m just confused on their purpose, like how they’re helpful.
