I just ordered an edible arrangement for the hubby to have there when he wakes up and is ready to eat. My father is gonna go get Zay for me so I don’t have to drive 200 miles and be with him at the hospital as well. I’m about to pack him a bag and once the doctor calls me and says he’s in recovery I’ll go back to the hospital and hang.

I’m really grateful for my father right now. He’s been nothing but amazing since he and my siblings got here. I’ve had my PTSD issues this holiday re-emerge and he’s really had my back and now this. I’m just glad he wasn’t super high on that 30ft ladder and it was only a leg/ankle break. I’m counting blessings because it could’ve been much worse.
