Boil oat with water. Dairy free options. Once half way cooked add two dates, for sweetened taste. Put in it the jar add walnuts, hemp seed, whatever nuts you got or seeds, and a fruit mine is blue berries. Bam 💥 you got a meal for you! Or make more for family if they choose to eat it... if not! Like mine. I get back home and store it preñare for a quick breakfast 🥰
