Should I be concerned that Harrison doesn’t eat much food? I do a mixture of blw and traditional weaning. He’s doesn’t like his hands being dirty so blw is hard😩 Most of the time I spoon feed him but he’s never really all that interested🤷🏻♀️ He won’t drink water or juice either. He still prefers his milk and has 4-5 bottles a day still. His weight is fine and his health is fine too. He is constantly constipated so the doctor has him on laxative everyday. Has anyone else’s little ones been like this? Will he drop bottles and eat more food in his own time?
I wouldn't be concerned. Theo is only now becoming interested in food, he literally had no desire to eat solids before 18 months, I had to sort of bribe him to eat 😂 only now does he prefer food over milk and he still has days where he'll take milk over food. He won't starve himself, if he is hungry then he'll eat :) x
That makes me feel a lot better then🤗 I feel like I have to bribe Harrison too! The only thing he ever wants is toast and a yogurt and that’s about it🤷🏻♀️
@kathleenc this is literally what Theo is like... Or pasta 😂 he's still very into bland tasting food 🤔
Could be teething but have you tried giving him loaded spoons? This can help with children with sensory issues or just doesnt like being dirty x
Is he teething? It puts them off food 😩 if hes gaining weight then me personally wouldn't worry. Every child is different and if he is constipated that also makes me not want to eat. I suffer terrible with ibs sorry 😂 but there will be weeks wer i dont want food n then eat like a pig 😂 mention it to your hv if your concerned though i also think we all think they need more than they do but that's just my option and if hes drinking plenty of milk he will be getting his water still from that n feeling full🤗 xx
He’s been like this since we started weaning so I don’t know if it’s his teeth. We can’t figure out why he’s always constipated either🤷🏻♀️ He’ll maybe have 1 or 2 days a week when I’ll get 3 meals into him but most meals end up in the bin😩 He’s not a big baby so maybe he just doesn’t need as much. When I see some other babies eating they’re having meals like I would😂 But I suppose they’re bigger than Harrison. Most people don’t believe he’s 1😂
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Trigger. Lost baby
Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Preggies,
Today, we are deeply saddened by the news that @Martinajjones' baby, Jason Andrew Colley, was born early and passed away. He was born today, on his father's birthday, at 34 weeks, weighing 4 pounds 7 ounces and 17 inches long. @Martinajjones has been a strong member of this community since January. We are so sad for her loss, and her family's, and our thoughts go out to her.
You can message the family on this post, if you would like to add your condolences.
Best wishes,

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer.
My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
My son is the same! He only just now started showing some interest. Loves yoghurt and his milk!
