Does anyone take Magnesium Glycinate? I‘ve been having problems with waking up a lot at night, awful PMS and anxiety. I did some research and saw a lot of recommendations on magnesium and decided to try it. Just wondering if anyone else takes it and your experience.
I do occasionally take it. I'm not as often since I'm breastfeeding and, TMI Alert, it would cause me to need to poop more often and in turn makes baby poop more as well. So it's less frequently.
However, yes, it has helped with my anxiety to a degree. I just take magnesium; not magnesium glycinate
@fakoffyeh, the glycinate is supposed to be the easiest on the stomach. I don’t want to take prescription meds, so I’m wanting to try more natural ways to get relief.
@blueismycolor that's good to know. I'll have to look into that one! Honestly, for anxiety I take a variety of things. St John's Wort (if you use birth control or have meds you do have to take skip this) and CBD oil are my preferred methods.
The PMS and struggling to stay asleep I would have to look into more. For sleep some say take melatonin, but I found thay caused vivid nightmares in me. So I kinda just suffer the crappy sleeping patterns. Sometimes herbal teas can help with both or all three of those, but I hate tea 😅
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
I took it for a while. My uncle thought it would help with my anxiety. It gave me a stomachache if I didn't eat with it and drink enough water. I didn't take it long enough to have an opinion. I think @fakoffyeh takes it and can help.
