So, I need some help.

Ever since I had my son my periods have been heavier then before. I have been hearing that using tampons aren't so good for you and it sometimes somehow stops the flow for a little but I still use them because again I have a heavy flow the first 2-3 days and it helps keep it in and not everywhere Haha

But I want to know what do you Mama's use for your period?? Big jumbo pads? I don't know.
