My 6 month old is down with a fever 39 c then drops after I give him a dose of ibuprofen, calpol kind of stopped working. After it wears off the temperature spikes up again. what steps do u ladies take to treat a fever at home and when to take a visit to the doctors. Horrible seeing him in this state 😞

my son has a fever of 104.3. just gave him Tylenol but do I still need to take him to the ER??
Gotta take my son to er he has a 103 degree fever. Surgeon said any fever after his surgery take him in.... So my night starts..... Yeah me
My baby has 102 fever I gave him infant Tylenol an put a wet cloth on him an now it dropped to 101 what else can I do to reduce the fever or should I take him to ER he's only 7 months

That’s pretty high for a 6month old. I’d take them to be checked over if the temperature has lasted a couple days and not improving especially being just a baby x
