26 weeks tomorrow and I think I just lost my mucus plug 😑 what to do or just I stay calm

Your plug isn’t a cork and once it’s gone, it’s gone. Your body is constantly producing more mucus. Some settles at the back of your vagina and make its way out and look like your “plug” if it’s not bloody and not followed with leaking fluid or contractions I wouldn’t be concerned
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.
