You don’t. Your body will go into labor when it’s ready and right now at 34 weeks you definitely shouldn’t try anything.

Definitely not trying right now just in case my water DONT break or sum. Trying to make sure where they won’t have to induce me.

@bellemartin98 your water doesnt have to break to go into labor. My midwife broke my water as I pushed my son out.
