a young lady I went to high school with was standing outside the grocery store tonight in freezing rain begging for money. she’s homeless with a 6 month old and would rather her child sleep outside than to give her to her father all because he doesn’t want to be with her. when I asked her how she got to this point she said “I rather die then ask for his money” 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ (so this is what my last status was about)

With a 6 month old 😱😭 nooooo that gets to my core....couldn’t she go to a shelter? Any family what so ever? Was the baby warm, blankets at least? Stroller?

Honey I would report her. The baby deserves so much better than that...and honestly her thinking is a little backwards. She'd rather ask strangers for money than ask for money from the father that her daughter is entitled to.

Poor baby “no child should LIVE in the street” Why doesn’t she have a job ? Many states as long as you work have day care assistance if she qualifies “hate women who make excuses not to work,if your child doesn’t motivate you damn don’t have kids . And she should know all shelters take in women and children fast ! They help find a job,daycare assistance and even help w a deposit for a place “obviously 1 must do Their part “I was a teen mom at 16 I graduated hs early ,worked and was lucky my hs had a daycare and found my career at age 19 that I’m still in at age 40 ,&had my own little place ,,really sad to hear your friends story “her pride will keep that baby unsafe in the street ;(
