Let's talk about holiday blues, or blues in general for that matter. Today at work they handed out a flyer offering free therapy sessions (3) to anyone in need. I thought wow this was nice but almost automatically after I felt an overwhelming sense of guilt. Like as a mom I was not allowed to let myself get sad, my babies need me lol 😫 we need to find a way to support each other and be less judgemental of others and also of ourselves. We as mom's handle alot and it is ok to need some us time every once in a while. So what if Jr got cereal for dinner because we got home late or if you ignored that phone call because you wanted time to yourself it's ok and you are still an amazing mommy. ❤️❤️

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Ladies...have you ever been friends with someone for a long time? I’m talking about years! But as you got older and both of y’all lives changed y’all kinda drifted apart? Less phone calls? Less texts? There is no hard feelings we just don’t talk like we used to. I guess it’s to be expected! Maybe we are not meant to be in each others lives as the new phases begin! Let me know if you have been through it! How did you feel about it? I’m ok I’m not much of a person that likes to always be the first to call or text the older I get I just sort of do my own thing 🤷🏽 ♀
