So i went to the docs for a uti and my doc gave me fat ass antibiotics. And she calls me today saying the test was wrong. The test was negative. But i took the antibiotics for four days!!! For absolutely NOTHING! I had to take four days off work! I keep having anxiety attacks Back to back! Wtf??? Am i able to sue?? Comment please 😔

My daughter was wrongly misdiagnosed. It turned out she has strept not a UTI. 🤦

One day . But what if the next was more painful then the first ? And just getting worse .I couldnt imagine any employer being ok with her leaving every 20 mins if that to go take a washroom break and be stuck in washroom while just letting a drop of urine out and then the burn feeling u get after that never goes away just gets stronger ever time you try and relieve urself.. I'd be taking time off till I could fully empty my bladder with little to no pain . I'm right with her on that one .@cams
she’s already stated that the lab said it was negative for a urinary tract infection. So all of that is irrelevant.

No. You can’t sue. As someone else said, they will prescribe the antibiotics as a precaution especially if the lab can’t test until after the weekend/holiday something. The last thing you’d want is to have a full blown kidney infection.
The side effects you were having should be brought up to your doctor, but otherwise, there isn’t much you can do.
If you read the side effects, then you knew what you were taking. It sounds like she went based from your symptoms to help give you relief quicker. It's not her fault it had a negative effect on you.

if you had serious side effects then your allergic and the face burning sounds like a big side effect did you read the insert for the list of side effects a lot of drs go ahead and prescribe this for a simple precaution because it’s not gonna hurt you most likely unless your allergic and they probably asked you if you was. Starting on antibiotics before tests come back is not really uncommon

No it did not improve. I still have the urge to pee..all the time. She could at least told to wait untill the results came back. I had so many weird side affects . my chest n face was burning for hourssss! Like i thought i was gonna faint. 😭
I don't think you're able to sue unless you're able to prove it was negligence on her part. Sometimes doctors will give you the medicine ahead of time just to treat your symptoms to get ahead of the game before the results come back.
My question is did the antibiotics help the symptoms you were experiencing that made her think you had the uti? If it did then what's the harm really.
So someone contacted me waiting me to watch her son four days a week for $150/wk. I had to tell her that even if someone worked for $10/hr it only pays for a day and a half in my opinion? I mean maybe I’d do it for $300? But the $150 I just can’t see if being worth it to me

LADIES !!!!! IM IN SHOCK!!!! so my period showed up a day earlier than expected, as you know I took those two blue dyes, both had a faint positive. Well the next day, I tested with a FRER and a Walmart 88 cent test and both were very very negative. Then I had a temp drop below coverline. AF showed the following day, a day early. I just knew i was out !! Well, yesterday I was sick as hell when I woke up, i get to work, and discover that my boobs are very sore as i ran into a wall coming around the corner, lol.. i NEVER get sore breasts or nauseated during my period.. EVER !!! Something told me to take a pregnancy test although I had been bleeding for 3 days at this point. Today makes 4 !!! Still bleeding, and even had clotting!! To my surprise, myy test was positive !!!! I tested again this morning, and it's even darker !!!! How is this even possible.. I dont know what's going on, I'm in total disbelief right now!!! 10dpo, my FRER was negative, no hint of a line at all!!! Here I am, 14dpo, bleeding for 4 days now, with a positive test that keeps getting darker !!! Looking at my chart it looks like baby implanted on the same exact day AF was actually due, although it showed a day early!! I took my period off of my chart so you ladies could see my chart as a whole, but my period started on cd32, the last day of the big temp drop.. now the temps are back up !!! The test I took yesterday evening is the dried one.. its yellow tinted as it's old . The other is from this morning , first morning urine !!
Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩
So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
