Yeah if you’ve been coughing a lot it can cause the muscles to be strained. Are you chesty or coughing up phlegm if you are and it’s green then probably is an infection xx

No my breathing is fine! Just pain like under my ribs/diaphragm! I’ve been drinking lots of water and Taking some ibuprofen etc xx
