C section mamas I have a question!

I had my section on the 4th. By day three after I had minimal bleeding and what I was having was brown. By day 4 it stopped completely. I then stopped breastfeeding and started bleeding again. Bright red. Not very heavy just like a normal period.

Could this be my first period?? Does it happen that quickly after? Or is this still postpartum bleeding?
