So I need advice. I'm somebody that is uncomfortable having a male doctor bit with my son I had to use on call doctor that is really great. Been doing it for 30 years and has more experience then who I was seeing. It was her first year delivering babies. Shes really great but I dont feel her experience is what I'm looking for so question is should o continue seeing male doctor who is experienced even though I'm uncomfortable or should I continue seeing inexperienced doctor who I'm more comfortable with?

Stick with who youre comfortable with. My OB was amazing throughout my pregnancy, she was out of town when I went into labor and the other on call doctor was awful

Whatever makes you more comfortable. I've always had a male dr and with my 1st he was out of town and I had a woman to do my emergency c section and she was rough and acted like she didn't care. My thing is they went to school and graduated so they have to know what they are doing.

Maybe thats why my csec waz so traumatic! The anesthesiologist was male and he kept saying that something wasnt right!

I think go with who you feel comfortable with

@mississippi.queen @ekko @wellabean0413 Thanks. I had been struggling with this decision for a couple of weeks now.

Agree ☝🏼 However, I’d go with who I feel most comfortable with.
