Ladies with anxiety/depression,what do you do when you have what I call a down day I feel on edge and worthless today and usually I can get through it but lately it’s more frequent and harder to deal with. I was prescribed medicine the generic version of Effexor I forgot the name starts with a “v”. But I’m scared to start the meds and thought I can control it on my own. Sorry I’m rambling now but I just don’t know have anyone to talk to.
