Update: I went to my doctor and she prescribed Zoloft and a therapist. I pray that this helps me !!!

@nykia.fernanders, have you ever gone to therapy, i have it and i got a lot of anxiety after i gave birth depression and anxiety is the worst i'm going to therapy for it,just gotta find the right person it took me three therapist to find the right one
