I’ve head implantation bleeding. I thought it was a super light period and counted it as af. I didn’t find out it was implantation bleeding until I had a positive pregnancy test at 8 weeks.

My fertility specialist has patients test for pregnancy even if they start “period” because of this. Not common but it happens!

With my youngest. I thought it was the start of my period but it was just spotting. Not full on period like.
