No he hasn’t had any antibiotics or new meds lately. It’s weird how fast it’s spreading. I have no idea what chicken pocs look like so idk if it’s that

hmmm 🤔 Not sure what chicken pox looks like either. My son has had something like this twice. Once was because of antibiotics and the second was because of a fever.

Does it look like this? We’ve been in and out of the dr for 5 days. Come to the conclusion it’s a rash caused by a viral infection

no they aren’t. Flat and smooth. Covers his entire body. Spread from his tummy to his whole body in the matter of a day

Could be hand, foot, and mouth. Have you checked inside his mouth? Are they itchy?

Either it’s hand foot and mouth or rosea I believe it called which is a virus that spreads all over their bodies.

Looks like possibly Roseola to me. My youngest has had it twice. High fever followed by a rash for 5ish days. Hope your baby feels better!
