Thanks y’all. @blessedmama121619, I made a honey Dijon sauce and I marinated the chicken in it for about 6 hours. I sautéed mushrooms and cooked the bacon. Once that was done I cooked the chicken on the stovetop with the honey Dijon sauce. After that was done I baked it in the oven with more honey Dijon sauce, bacon, mushrooms and Colby jack cheese. I just put it in long enough to melt the cheese. It was really simple and fast.

The ingredients to the sauce I made:

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
