Ugh had a full panic attack tonight. Gave my baby girl her vitamin d and I usually put it in her cheek slowly but she turned her head and almost inhaled it and she kept choking and couldn't take a breath in and kept coughing and crying but couldn't take a breath in. And this went on about 5 mins. She could take short sharp breaths in but nothing big. Now she's breathing normal and sleeping on me but I'm nervous to sleep tonight. She seems perfectly fine and normal now but man was that scary 😭
