Had my 19 weeks anatomy scan today. LILY RAE is perfect ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍 she was moving around a lot it was so cool to watch! My only kind of worry was they said my placenta was a bit low, 1.6 cm from my cervix when they like to see about 2.5. My doc said she was 99% sure it’d move to the right place well before then but I’m just curious had anyone had experience with a low lying placenta?

Congrats on your princess! I had low lying with my first, it moved by, 28 weeks, when they rechecked it

Thank you for that! She said she wasn’t worried and was sure as I continue to grow it’ll move I just worry a little this will be my first baby 🥰

Nooo no no she said it’s not covering the cervix it’s just close to it. I haven’t had any bleeding or spotting or anything even after sex so she said unless I start to feel worse or bleed at all i should be good to continue my normal routine 🤷🏻♀️

I was told at 16 weeks that the placenta was low lying & I had my anatomy scan today which showed that the placenta has moved up & is where it should be! I hope it fixes itself for you as well!
