So I’m on a Verizon plan with my bf. Our phones got shut off and I CANNOT have my phone shut off. I’m waiting for important phone calls, my son is having tubes placed in his ears on the 11th and they have to call me to give me a time for it. My parents also have a Verizon wireless plan. My mom and I are hoping she can bring my number and my device onto her plan but she thinks I will have to get a new device...does anyone know about this?

You will also need to check and see if they will allow you to take that phone number to another account. My friend had to get a new number a few years back due to there being a balance on that account. I really hope they’ve changed that policy
