We used to do a name exchange and it kept the costs a lot more reasonable. It gets so overwhelming for the kids and the adults otherwise.

We usually do a Pollyanna for the nieces and nephews. Can u suggested doing that this year instead of buying for all of them?

I feel this usually we only do 2-3 each for our kids cause grandma goes over board but we gave to go t with the brothers nieces nephews and than parents and grandparents then e we do a secret Santa draw for all the adults

I have 9 aunts and uncles and a load of cousins. We would put everyone's name in a basket and every person would draw a name to buy for christmas.

We only do a name draw for presents for the kids and have a white elephant game. It helps keep costs down and it’s still a lot of fun.

I feel this. Most of our nephews and nieces are older so gift cards and cash are the most sought after gifts.. Plus we have way more kids than most of the others so I give more to make it even.
