Hamish could do it about 15 months but didn’t master it until 22months roughly? Even tonight he said no use fork just my hands

Both mine were 10 months when they started feeding themselves. Started letting them hold spoon when I was feeding them about 7/8 months. Layla now mostly feeds herself with a spoon and can nearly pick things up with her fork. If she's having a lazy day I help other wise she throws a tantrum if I even touch her spoon 🙄 xx

Probably 15 months but only because he was fussy and didnt want mommy to get involved, he started with sloppy stuff like yoghurt on a spoon and only recently around 19 months did he start with a fork

Honestly there is no rush I was the same with Charlie and fed him until he was around 1 n a half xx

Don’t rush him just let him use his hands they do get there

Haha 😂 they can turn into little devils! No need to rush just go at his pace. They are all different and do it in their own time xx
