Can anybody give me advice? I had an ectopic in July and received methotrexate July 17th. My periods have been off by a few days since but now my period is between 4-6 days late and I’m still getting negative pregnancy tests. I’m so stuck

I had a ectopic pregnancy july 8 2019 found out i was pregnant August 31st
I gotta question could I be pregnant and have 2 1/2 day period because I think i got pregnant on Nov 26 and had implantation bleeding on Dec 11 because I'm usually on my period for at least 4 days but mostly 5 or 6 which my full period was Nov 11 for 5 days ?? but in dec only 2 1/2 days it's kinda confusing really im excited about my Dr visit feb19 to know for sure :)
If my period was July 15-18 , what estimate day did I conceive ??
Yes, no, maybe so? My period isn’t for another 4 days so I’m gonna retest then!
Oh my gosh took a pregnancy test.
.. and its very faint im scared its a fake test asda one 4 days before period but my period aint for another 5 days
I had a molor and had to take methotrexate shots for months it messed my body up for a while we had to wait a year though but last shot was in end of aug and got pregnant witb my daugher in april it took a while to get back to normal it's a nasty drug
