What do you ladies do when you have a 3 in a half year old who doesnt want to eat what you have at home and is a picky eater my son is choosing not to eat all day HELP

My son eats a lot of oatmeal! lol I try to reason with him with certain things. Sometimes he gets into only wanting certain things. He has to eat something of my choice to get something of his.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

my go to is smoothies or like a partially frozen smoothie so they can eat it like icecream. I put it in a big bowl or old icecream bucket and get the icecream scooper and asks if she wants icecream. she gets so excited she doesn't even realize it's somewhat healthy.
