This is probably going to sound stupid.. but can you have phantom pregnancies?? My boobs hurt, I'm bloated on and off feeling sick.. tired etc... but guaranteed I'll do a test and it's negative?

My doctor told me it happens a lot if you’re scared of falling pregnant. I am and it happens all the time! Also I didn’t know at the time but I went for a smear test when I was pregnant with my girl and the nurse doing it couldn’t tell from my cervix. xx

Ahhh okay, I've googled it and apparently you can tell as your cervix changes but maybe only a doctor can tell. Maybe that's why I've always found that if I worry about being pregnant I never come on as soon as I stop thinking about it then I come on🙈🙈 xx

I know someone who had one while we were in uni, to the point where her stomach was growing. It went on for about 5 months. Worth testing to be sure though! X

@nicolemariehooperxo she knew it was a phantom pregnancy from around two months, she was fine with it towards the end, but she did struggle to come to terms with it at first x

@nicolemariehooperxo, it’s an unreliable way and I doubt she was looking out for pregnancy xxx
The cervix ripens and goes softer but that happens anyway depending where you are in your cycle. Just like cervix checking where you can feel if it’s moved down or gone up which also happens anyway so the only way is a test for accuracy xxx
