Have any mamas been to big bear w toddlers? Planing a trip in Jan. 💚

I never went to big bear when my son was little but we did visit Idaho (where I’m currently living at) when he was 3. All you need to do is make sure you have proper winter clothes. The cute clothes from regular store DO NOT cut it. You’d have to spend a bit more money and go to big 5 or dicks, the quality is better and nobody will be grumpy and cold lol

I took my daughter to Mammoth when she was 2 and it was rough. She didn’t know how to deal with the extreme cold and she got sick. We haven’t been to the snow since. Now that she’s 5 she’s excited to go to the snow so we’ll probably try to go to Big Bear but that means taking my son who is not even 2 yet 😬 So I’m not sure how it’s gonna go.
